Who runs the site

The operator's legal name, tax ID, address and email are published here before passes go on sale.

Apto DELE is independent of the Instituto Cervantes, which issues the DELE diplomas.

Accounts

The guides, tools and free practice can be used without an account. An account is personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping access to the email address it uses.

Passes

A pass gives access to the paid material available on the site, at every level, for its number of days: 30 days for €19, 90 days for €39, 180 days for €59. Prices include VAT. A pass is paid once and does not renew. It starts when the payment is confirmed; a pass bought while another is running starts when the current one ends.

The operator may add, change or remove material, levels and features at any time. A pass gives access to what is available while it runs and does not entitle you to any particular lesson, level or feature.

Immediate access and the right of withdrawal

Before checkout you tick a box to ask for your pass to start as soon as you pay or, if you already have a pass, when that pass ends, and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once your pass starts. The time you tick it is kept with your payment. Under consumer law on digital content, the right of withdrawal therefore ends when the pass starts or 14 days after purchase, whichever comes first. Until then you can withdraw by writing to the email address above.

Refunds

Passes are not refundable once access has started, except where the law requires a refund. A payment that is refunded, reversed or disputed ends the pass.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. The pass is sold to you through Link, Stripe's payment service, as merchant of record: Link collects VAT, sends the receipt and answers questions about the payment. The charge appears on your statement from LINK.COM. Card details go to Stripe and do not reach Apto DELE.

The material

The practice sets, lessons, mock exams, scores, predicted results and level test are preparation aids and estimates. They may contain errors, and official information from the Instituto Cervantes prevails. No result in the DELE is guaranteed.

All material on the site belongs to the operator or is used under licence. You may use it for your own preparation only. Copying, sharing, selling or collecting it by automated means is not allowed.

Suspension and closure

The operator may suspend or close an account, without refund, that breaches these terms, shares access, copies material or interferes with the site. The operator may also suspend or end the service, and the site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or faults.

Liability

The site is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, exam results, missed opportunities or interruptions of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and applicable law

The operator may change these terms; changes apply from publication, shown by the date at the top. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
