Hola, Marta:

Band 1 describes words and structures too basic to carry the information the task asks for, with frequent basic errors and influence from another language that make the message hard to follow. Three verbs stay in the infinitive (venir, trabajar, llegar), so Marta has to work out who does what and when. Yo soy muy excitada gives the Spanish word an English meaning it does not have; ilusionada or contenta was needed. The sentences are strung together with commas, y and pero, and the question es problema? has no opening mark and no article. Band 2 allows basic errors only where the reader still understands every message.
Band 1 applies when two or more points are left out, misread or answered in a way the reader cannot follow. Kate greets Marta, says she is coming with Tom and signs off. The food question gets Tom no come mucho, tiene mal el estomago, which does not tell Marta whether Tom has an allergy or what to avoid cooking. There is no offer to bring anything, and the sentence about un vestido nuevo fills that space with information Marta did not ask for. Mucho gracias para tu mensaje thanks her for writing, where the point asks for thanks for the invitation.

Band 2 describes a limited repertoire (the present, ir a with an infinitive, possessives) that is enough for the messages, in short sentences joined with simple connectors, with basic errors that repeat but do not block understanding. That matches this reply. The errors are typical and systematic: ser where Spanish needs estar (el sábado es libre), an article Spanish leaves out (no come la carne), no a before people (ver tus amigos), and a comma after the greeting where Spanish uses a colon. None of them leaves Marta in doubt. The reply stays below band 3 because it has no subordinate clause beyond Si quieres and links ideas only with y and pero.
Band 2 asks for the required information, given so that the reader understands it, and allows one point to be missing, misread or unclear. Giulia thanks Marta, says she is coming with Luca and answers the food question in full: Luca is vegetarian and she has no allergies. The offer is the weak point. Si quieres, yo llevo una cosa offers something without saying what, so Marta cannot plan around it. The sentences about her busy week answer nothing Marta asked, and no point is developed with a detail or comment of the writer's own, which band 3 needs.

Band 3 describes fairly precise control of relatively simple structures, the future and the subjunctive among them, in a cohesive text with relative clauses and frequent connectors, where grammar or spelling errors are still possible. Yuki uses the future (iré, vendrá), two relative clauses (que tiene muchas ganas de conocerte, que no es muy dulce), a consequence with así que and a contrast with en cambio. The one error, alérgico de for alérgico a, does not affect the meaning. The greeting has its opening exclamation mark and the comma before the name.
Band 3 asks for all the information plus something relevant of the writer's own: a detail, a comment, an opinion or a reason. Yuki answers every point and adds three details Marta can use: Kenta wants to meet her, the allergy is to nuts (no puede comer almendras ni nueces), and the dessert she offers is de té verde, que no es muy dulce. She ends by asking whether Marta likes the idea, which keeps the exchange going. The reply sets a warm tone from its first line, ¡Qué alegría!, and stays informal to the signature.
The official guide asks for a note, postcard, message, email or short letter in reply to a text from personal life, such as an invitation or a message from a friend. The task tests whether you can write, from a short text you have read, a reply with information about your own life and everyday matters such as habits, wishes, likes, preferences, work or study, where you live and how things are going.
Two raters mark the test independently and their marks are averaged. Each rates use of language (Uso de la lengua) and task fulfilment (Cumplimiento de la tarea) in bands 0 to 3, where band 2 describes the A2 level. A reply in band 2 for task fulfilment gives the information asked for, though it may miss or blur one point, and band 3 adds a relevant detail, comment, opinion or reason.
The lesson on writing task 1 gives the full method, a checklist of errors to look for and a worked reply.

¡Hola, Elena!
Clara
Every point has its own sentence, in the order of the instructions, and the arrival time is exact (a las nueve). The reply adds details no point asks for, such as the size of the car and the question about a terrace, which is what the scale's top band looks for in task fulfilment. The refusal gives a reason and offers another plan, so the invitation gets a real answer.
